The CCSD Board of Directors has adopted CCSD Municipal Code Section 8.04.110 to address affordable housing projects in our community. If you are interested in building affordable housing in Cambria, please complete the application following the instructions provided below. Complete application packets will be processed to the Board for a determination in the order they are received,
The Affordable Housing Program is currently under review by the CCSD. Applications are being accepted and will be used to assign priority order for future processing.
Cambria Community Services District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Cambria Community Services District
