 Late Fees and Deposits
For a detailed list of the late fees and deposits charged by the CCSD for water/wastewater services, click on the District's New User Fee Schedule.  These charges are effective July 1, 2003 and were implemented to encourage prompt payment by CCSD customers.

 Water/Wastewater Rate Schedule

Bills are mailed on the 10th of each bi-monthly billing cycle (January/February, March/April, etc.), and are due the 10th of the following month. A bi-monthly base charge is billed for all active accounts. Consumption charges are based on the amount of water delivered through the meter at your property.   See the District's current Water/Wastewater Rate Schedule.  Charges are computed by unit, which is equal to 748 gallons. Your bill compares current water usage to prior billing period. This information can be helpful in detecting unseen leaks, monitoring your own water usage and improving water conservation.
