District Engineer Bob Gresens

The CCSD Engineering Department works closely with government agencies, community groups, consultants, and contractors to plan, design and construct CCSD capital improvement projects relating to water, wastewater, trails and other community projects.  The department also manages capital improvement projects and oversees the District's Water Conservation and Permitting functions.
