Starting or Stopping Service

To establish or discontinue water/wastewater service, please contact the CCSD Customer Service Department at 805-927-6223 or stop by 1316 Tamsen Street, Suite 201. CCSD hours are 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday.  

To complete or obtain an application online, click on Residential or Commercial Service Application. For
non-owners, an $100 deposit is required to establish new service.  An account start fee of $38.50 will be added to the first bill every time the account name is changed.

If you call after hours, our answering service will take your message and your call will be returned as soon as possible.
