Starting or Stopping Service

To establish or discontinue new water/wastewater service, please contact the CCSD Customer Service Department at 805-927-6223 or stop by 1316 Tamson Drive, Suite 201. CCSD hours are 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.  

To complete or obtain an application online, click on New Service Application. For non-owners, an $80 deposit is required to establish new service.  A $35 fee will also be added to your first bi-monthly statement.

If you call after hours, our answering service will take your message and your call will be returned as soon as possible.
