The District will provide each employee in the bargaining unit a maximum allowance of up to one-hundred fifty dollars ($150) per fiscal year for medically required prescription safety glasses.

Employees will purchase approved prescription safety glasses from a vendor of their choice and submit a request for reimbursement.

Upon reimbursement by the District, the employee shall maintain and wear such prescription safety glasses when performing his/her duties with the District.
