3/10/2023: The Lift Station B1 near the hardware store in the Tin City area was inundated by Santa Rosa creek overflow. This is deemed a sewage spill but the quantity is unknown. Staffs’ efforts to prevent this inundation proved futile as creek levels rose to the point that staff was not able to safely access the site. Staff will continue their efforts to monitor and fix this problem. This sewage spill does not affect our drinking water system. Be assured that it is safe to drink our water. Please contact Ray Dienzo, Utilities Manager and Acting General Manager at 805-927-6119 for additional questions or concerns.
