According to the morning report from the National Weather Service, the atmospheric river headed for the Central Coast has lost a small amount of momentum, but will still be bringing heavy rains to Cambria. Peak rainfall is predicted between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM today. Cambria continues to be under a flood warning.
