November/December 2020 Utility Billing – Mailed January 13, 2021:

The CCSD Administrative staff was recently made aware of an error during the mailing of the November/December 2020 utility bills which were mailed on January 13, 2021. The mailing of these bills includes a pre-printed payment return envelope addressed to Mid-State Solid Waste and not CCSD.

Customers may still utilize these envelopes or mail/drop of payment envelope in the CCSD dropbox in the CCSD Administrative Office parking lot. We will properly apply all payments to each customer account.
