At the January 27, 2021 Special Meeting the Board of Directors voted to approve a Settlement Agreement and Release of Claims in the CCSD v. CDM Smith case. The motion to approve the Settlement Agreement and Release of Claims was made by President Steidel and seconded by Director Gray and the vote was 5-0. A link to the Settlement Agreement is below.
Cambria Community Services District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
