To ensure accurate and timely processing of contractor invoices under the 2025 Fire Hazard Fuel Reduction Program, please follow the directions below:

  1. Photo Submission Requirement
    With each invoice submitted, you are required to provide a thumb drive containing all before and after photos of the work performed.
    • Photos must be clearly labeled with the Assessor’s Parcel Number and indicate whether the photo is "before" or "after" fuel reduction.
    • Photos must clearly demonstrate compliance with project specifications outlined in your agreement.
  2. Verification Before Payment
    Submitted photos will be reviewed and verified by District staff before a payment check is issued.
    • Incomplete or mislabeled photo documentation will result in a delay in processing your invoice.
    • Any invoices received without the required photo documentation will not be processed until all required materials are received.
