It is important to note the following:

If you are a landlord or property owner with tenant(s) in the mentioned area on a common meter and the PG&E bill is in your name, it is your responsibility to notify the tenant(s) of the planned service interruption.

If unsafe weather conditions or an unforeseen emergency force us to cancel work at the last minute we will do our best to contact customers. However, there may be circumstances when we will not be able to notify you of the cancellation. All customers will be contacted and advised of the rescheduled date and time.

Safety Warning: If you plan to use a generator during the service interruption, you must isolate your generator from PG&E’s system.
