WHAT: The Board of Directors of the CCSD will hold a public hearing to consider adopting a resolution increasing Fire Suppression Benefit Assessments (“fire assessments”) by two and eight tenths percentage (2.8%) affecting all parcels located within the CCSD boundaries in the amounts of:

and confirming the itemized report to collect the fire assessments on the San Luis Obispo County tax rolls.
A copy of the draft resolution will be on file with the Confidential Administrative Assistant by no later than June 2, 2026, and available for inspection at the address listed below and posted on the CCSD website https://www.cambriacsd.org/2026-06-11-board-meeting#/.
At the time and place of the hearing, any person interested, including all persons owning property in the CCSD, may appear and be heard on the matter of fire assessments to be placed on the San Luis Obispo County tax rolls.
