CCSD Employees - MetLife Coverage is Effective 1/1/2026
Metlife is live! Cambria Community Services District’s new Dental and Vision coverage is effective January 1, 2026! The district has officially moved our Dental and Vision coverage from Ameritas to MetLife. Please note, Ameritas benefits will officially terminate December 31, 2025.
New Benefit ID Cards?
Employees will not receive physical ID cards in the mail. Online registrations are available January 1, 2026 via www.metlife.com/mybenefits. Once registered to MetLife’s MyBenefits portal, you can download/print ID cards at your convenience. Download the mobile phone application, and use it to find a participating provider, view your claims, as well as see your ID card, etc.
Please note, providers do not need ID cards as they pull up eligibility using the members SSN and DOB.
How do I Find Providers?
Dental: Finding a Dental Provider go to www.metlife.com/dental or call 1-(800) 300-4296 to find a dentist. Refer to the “PDP Plus” network when promoted.

Vision: Finding a Vision Provider go to mymetlifevision.com or call 1-(855) 638-3931 to find a provider located in the MetLife VSP Vision Network.
