California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act
The Cambria Community Services District (“CCSD”) has elected to be subject to the Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act (“UPCCAA”). As such, Public Contract Code Section 22034 requires the CCSD to maintain a list of qualified contractors or provide notice to specific construction trade journals. The District no longer maintains a list of qualified contractors. All notices regarding informal bidding opportunites are posted on our website and within the following construction trade journals:
