This Notice of Public Hearing is published in accordance with the provisions of California Government Code Section 50022.3, which regulates the process for adoption of codes by reference. A public hearing will be held by the Board of Directors of the Cambria Community Services District (CCSD) on January 8, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the Veterans Memorial Building, 1000 Main Street, Cambria, CA, and via Zoom Webinar to consider adoption of Ordinance 01-2026. This Ordinance will amend Chapter 6.04 of the Cambrian Community Services District Municipal Code and adopt the 2025 Edition of the California Fire Code and the 2024 International Wildland Urban Interface Code.  Copies of the foregoing codes to be considered for adoption by reference are on file with the Cambria Community Services District and are open to public inspection on the District’s website https://www.cambriacsd.org/2026-01-08-board-meeting and at the CCSD Administrative Office located at 2150 Main Street, Suite 1-A, Cambria, CA 93428.

The Board of Directors may also conduct other hearings and/or discuss business items before or after the item listed above.  If you challenge the proposed action in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Board of Directors at, or prior to, the public hearing.  Comments may be either: (1) mailed or delivered in person to the District’s Offices located at 2150 Main Street, Suite 1-A, Cambria, CA 93428, or (2) provided in person at the Public Hearing. Failure of any person to receive this notice shall not constitute grounds for any court to invalidate the action of the legislative body for which the notice was given.
